The story of Sip’N’Bite is deeply rooted in a proud family legacy. In 1971, Asif’s father established a small soda and syrup shop, which soon became a local symbol of taste and creativity.

Over the years, his elder brothers, Mr. Rafik, Mr. Salim, and Mr. Sabbir continued this tradition with hard work and dedication. Growing up in this environment, Mr. Asif Mohammad Husain Fatani developed a natural passion for blending flavours and creating new taste experiences. After years of hands-on experimentation and consumer understanding, he founded Sip’N’Bite, a brand built on the idea of delivering “The taste of juice, with a bite.” Its unique nata de coco–based beverages represent innovation, quality, and the spirit of Indian entrepreneurship.

Today, Sip’N’Bite operates under Bangla International Pvt. Ltd., where Mr. Asif M. Fatani and Mr. Irshad M. Fatani serve as Managing Directors. The company specializes in designing and manufacturing modern beverage machinery and turnkey processing systems, empowering new beverage entrepreneurs across India and abroad. With over 500 successful turnkey projects running across India and international markets, Bangla International stands as a testament to innovation, reliability, and the power of a legacy that began more than five decades ago.
